Please ask for a proposal
Stage 1: Needs Review & Site Analysis
Initial Meeting: 45-60min
The needs review and site analysis is conducted at your home / site and is an opportunity for you to explain your vision, future plans for the property, lifestyle, and sensory needs. A site analysis will be undertaken to determine the size, landscape constraints (such as drainage, retaining walls etc), and orientation of the site, house location.
Following this site visit, TVLA will provide a tailored report that includes a fee proposal for the next stages and initial concept ideas.
Stage 2: Sensory Oriented Concept Sketch
Second Meeting: 45-60min
Cost: From $550 *
* subject to the results of the Needs Review and Site Analysis.
TVLA will prepare a Sensory Oriented Concept Sketch. This sketch outlines the different sensory zones, accessibility in the space, and will make suggestion about materials and plants to consider.
The Concept Sketch provides a visual understanding of the proposed landscape design and gives you an opportunity to further refine your design vision and outcomes.
You can use this Concept Sketch and implement it yourself or with a landscaper who is willing to work with the Concept Sketch. Alternatively, TVLA offers a Full Design and Construct package (outlined below) that will implement your vision for you.
If you want to undertake the project construction on you own TVLA is commited to helping you succeed by offering supervision services for the construction phase.
Stage 3: Full Design and Construction
If you would prefer to deal with one person for the entire design and construct process, TVLA has this covered. Once the Concept Sketch has been finalised we move into the detailed landscape design, including plans, elevations, and schedules, etc. These plans can used for Council applications and full tender process, should you wish to seek alternative landscape construction quotes.
